We believe buildings should be able to improve throughout their lifetime. That starts with better construction, better technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

The construction industry is responsible for a significant share of global resource consumption and carbon emissions. We believe better buildings can be part of the solution.

Our projects combine climate-conscious construction, renewable energy and long-term thinking. We prioritise wood and upcycled materials where possible, while designing buildings that consume fewer resources and remain relevant for decades.

Our approach is simple: when there is a better option for the climate, we choose it.

TSBX was born from Trifork.

For more than two decades, Trifork has built and operated business-critical software systems. We apply many of the same principles to buildings: iteration, feedback loops and continuous improvement.

Buildings may be physical, but they should not be static.

BuildingIQ connects systems, operations and building data into a shared digital foundation that allows buildings to learn, adapt and improve over time.

Our first intelligent building, TSB One, was never intended to be just another office building. It was designed as a living lab.

A place where new ideas can be tested under real conditions. Where building technology, operations and user experience can continuously be challenged and improved.

The lessons learned inside TSB One help shape both BuildingIQ and the next generation of intelligent buildings.

Our ambition is to create a growing portfolio of intelligent buildings connected through a shared digital foundation and a common philosophy of continuous improvement.

Every new building builds on the experience of the previous one. Every improvement becomes part of the foundation for what comes next.

Through Trifork, we draw on expertise across software engineering, digital infrastructure, data platforms, AI and product development. More importantly, we share the same entrepreneurial mindset — constantly questioning assumptions, experimenting with new ideas and building solutions that challenge the status quo.

TSBX combines expertise from the worlds of property development, building technology and software engineering.

Our team has founded startups, built new ventures from the ground up, led large technology organisations and delivered complex projects across both software and the built environment.
