In 2024 Trifork colleagues moved into Trifork Smart Building One (TSB1) – our first Smart Building.
TSB1 is a 3.263 m² office building in Aarhus and the first project of Trifork’s smart building initiative. More than just an office, TSB1 serves as a development platform for future projects, both locally and globally. It combines cutting-edge digital infrastructure with sustainable building materials, using wood and upcycled materials to reduce its environmental footprint. The building features IoT systems that gather real-time data to optimize its performance, making it adaptable and efficient.
Designed with the user in mind, TSB1 offers flexible, customizable workspaces. Occupants can control lighting, temperature, and ventilation, creating a personalized and comfortable work environment that fosters productivity.
As part of its long-term vision, Trifork plans to expand the concept to 10 more buildings in Denmark and 100 globally, making TSB1 the first in a new generation of eco-conscious, digitally integrated office spaces.
In TSB1, Trifork has created not just a building, but a platform for continuous innovation—combining sustainability, smart technology, and user-centric design to shape the future of workspaces.
