About TSBx

At TSBx, we are redefining office space through innovation and a commitment to reducing resource and climate impacts. As a spin-out from Trifork, we focus on forward-thinking technologies, smart building practices, and digitalisation. Our aim is to create modern work environments that are eco-conscious, functional, comfortable, and tailored to future business needs.

Building for a Better Future

Recognising that the construction industry accounts for over a third of global CO₂ emissions, we believe change is necessary. Our buildings aim to reduce environmental impact while enhancing user experience. We use upcycled and renewable materials like wood construction that captures CO₂, along with geothermal heating and solar energy.

Innovating Through Digitalisation

Our buildings are smart ecosystems. By integrating advanced IoT solutions and an open digital infrastructure, we collect and analyse data from the building to optimise energy consumption and adapt to occupants’ needs. Features like dynamic climate control and hybrid heating solutions create office environments that improve over time.

A Better Workplace Experience

We believe that reducing environmental impact should not compromise comfort. Our smart office buildings offer personalised environments where users can effortlessly control in-door climate, lighting, and other settings. By integrating technology and user-centric design, we provide flexible, intuitive workspaces that enable companies and their employees to perform at their best.

TSB1: A Platform for Innovation

Our first project, Trifork Smart Building 1 (TSB1), is more than just a building—it’s a development platform. It sets a new standard for smart, eco-conscious office construction in Denmark, combining digital intelligence with environmentally friendly materials. TSB1 will serve as the basis for innovation in 10 new buildings in Denmark and 100 globally.

Join us in building smarter, greener, and more efficient workplaces for tomorrow.
