What Is Personal Data

Personal data refers to all types of information that can be attributed to you. When you visit our website, we collect and process such information.

How We Process Your Personal Data

At TSBX, we handle your personal data with confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’), the guidelines from the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), and other relevant legislation. We collect and process the following types of general personal data: a unique ID and technical details about your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, as well as which pages you click on via cookies (read more below), and the information (name, phone number, email, and possibly CVR number) you choose to send us via the contact form.

We do not request information beyond what is necessary and relevant to respond to your inquiries or to optimize and enable your use of our website.

  • Some of your personal data is processed because we have a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), in relation to your privacy rights. This applies, for example, to your cookies, which we use to generate statistics on website usage and to optimize the user experience on the website.
  • Processing your personal data may require your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Therefore, we obtain your consent for specific purposes, such as cookies for marketing purposes and consent for marketing via our contact form. Each individual consent can be withdrawn at any time and does not affect your terms or current services at TSBX, although you might experience, for example, that we launch a new product without informing you about it.

How Long Your Personal Data Is Stored

Cookies are stored for a maximum of two years and are specifically listed in the “Expiry” column in the Cookie Declaration further down this page.

The information you provide us in the contact form is stored for two years.

Protection of your Personal Data

We have established a range of technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is not accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, accessed by unauthorized persons, or misused.

Access to Information

You have the right to access the information we have collected about you, and you have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected and to request limitations on how we process your information. You also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. In the case of an objection, we will assess whether the processing can continue or whether your situation means that your objection can be accommodated. Finally, you have the right to have your information transferred to you or another company (data portability). We retain documentation for whether we have complied with (or possibly denied) your request to exercise one of your rights for 2 years.

Disclosure of Data

Data about the use of our website (cookies) is processed by third parties, which can be seen under “Provider” in the Cookie Declaration.

We also use third parties (data processors) for the storage and processing of data. For example, your personal data from the contact form is stored and processed in our IT systems, and Google Analytics analyzes the use of our website to better understand how our users navigate the website. Our data processors process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We use a third-party email service provider to distribute our newsletters. We collect statistics on open rates and clicks to see if our news is read and relevant to our subscribers.

Consent and Withdrawal

As mentioned earlier, you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please request it by writing to us at: databeskyttelse@tsbx.dk and specify your name and CVR number.

Similarly, you can change your cookie consent by either deleting cookies from your browser or changing your initial choice by clicking here. Note that if you use multiple browsers, you need to delete/change cookies in all of them.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, the processing we have already conducted based on your previous consent will not be affected. Your withdrawal of consent will therefore only take effect from the moment we receive your request.

If you withdraw your consent, some functionalities on the website may no longer be available, and there may be services we cannot provide.

All our employees are bound by confidentiality. This means that information about you, including your personal data, will not be improperly disclosed to third parties.
